The other day, I had a longing for ginisang ampalaya. Luckily, it is still in abundance at my local 99 Ranch Market. Here's my own recipe using additional shredded smoked salmon using essentially the same procedure as in the following video, but adding the shredded smoked salmon after the eggs.
